This policy explains what data Kai System collects through Kai Dial and how we use it. In short: we collect the minimum needed to run the Service, we do not sell your data, and we never store your payment card details.

What we collect

• Account email — to create your account and enable cross-device sync.
• Your bookmarks & settings — stored to sync them across your devices. They are saved as a data blob tied to your account; you can export or delete them anytime.
• Basic technical data — minimal logs needed for security and reliability.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
• We do not store your payment card details — payments are handled by Paddle.com.
• The free version works locally and does not require an account.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes your payment information under its own privacy policy. We receive only your email and subscription status to activate Premium.

Cookies & local storage

The extension uses browser local storage to keep your bookmarks and settings on your device. The website may use minimal cookies needed to function. We do not use advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can access, export or delete your data at any time from the extension or by contacting us. To delete your account and associated data, email us and we will remove it.
