Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Kai System products, including the Kai Dial browser extension and its Premium subscription ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Kai System ("we", "us") provides Kai Dial, a browser extension that replaces the new-tab page with a customizable Speed Dial. A free tier is available; a paid Premium subscription unlocks additional features described on our Pricing page.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account, created with your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).

3. Subscriptions, billing & trials

• Premium is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing and applicable taxes (VAT/sales tax).
• A 7-day free trial may be offered to new subscribers; if not cancelled before it ends, the subscription begins and the first charge applies.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including reverse-engineering for malicious purposes, reselling without permission, or using it to break the law or infringe others' rights.

5. Your data

Your bookmarks and settings remain yours. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kai System is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

8. Governing law & contact
